Aimee and Joe are celebrating their two year anniversary this month and we have always cherished their Portofino “Big Italian” themed wedding. This couple is still one of our favorites!

For this wedding we had a full menu- this crowd went home STUFFED. This is how the couple wanted the wedding to be. I remember going to the Portofino Bay hotel meeting with Aimee, Joe and Bonnie (catering director) and hearing Joe ask, “I want everything, I just can’t decide.” You guessed it- they had EVERYTHING. From pizza, pasta, antipasta, chicken, beef etc. This couple loved food.

I felt a real connection to this couple and was drawn to them by their love for each other. Joe- the more playful and free spirited guy really balances Aimee, my straight shooter. They really handed their trust over to us and we had an amazing time celebrating their union.
